In most cases we are able to deliver mobility products and living aids within 14 days (many within 5 days). However, due to the nature of mobility products and living aids, some specialist items are produced to order. Therefore, it is advisable for you to contact us before placing your order so that we can give you an approximate delivery date. When a mobility product or living aid is ready for despatch we will normally contact you to let you know when it will be delivered to you.
As part of the conditions of sale customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and are to annotate the Courier's documentation with details of damage to either the packaging or the goods themselves. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, then Mobility Zone Ltd. will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement. In all cases, damage to goods is to be reported to Mobility Zone Ltd at the earliest opportunity.
When you buy from us you have a cooling off period of seven days from the day you receive the goods. This means that if you decide that you do not want the mobility product supplied then you can receive a full refund within 30 days provided that you notify us in writing within seven days of the receipt of goods that you want to return it. You will remain liable for the actual carriage costs incurred by Mobility Zone Ltd for both the issue and return of the goods. To claim under these terms the mobility product must be unused, in the original undamaged packaging and the product must not be damaged in any way. Mobility products that are specifically tailored to the individual and/or ordered in specifically for you are excluded e.g. rise & recline chairs in a size/fabric of your choice, adjustable beds, powerpacks and special order wheelchairs that are made to your specific requirements. Bath lifts are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Ramps are also non returnable items so please check your measurements carefully.
All orders that are returned will be subject to a 15% administration and handling charge unless otherwise agreed.
Customers who decide to return goods which required specific skilled technicians to visit the delivery address or the goods were bought to order will only have 80% of the total value of the purchase redeemed, this is due to the cost of delivery and specific skilled personnel utilised in the home visit.
Where deliveries are sent out by national carrier as is the case with most wheelchairs, walkers and other smaller items, the carrier will attempt delivery twice on two seperate occasions. The first time the carrier will leave a card wherby the customer is able to call their local depot and request a delivery time of their choosing. If delivery is not successful after these two delivery attempts we will attempt to deliver a third time at a cost of £10.
We recommend where possible that all customers have an assessment to diagnose their needs as accurately as possible. Where customers have a severe disability we recommend that they obtain an assesment from an occuptional therapist and then return to us with these details for product selection.
Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland will incur an extra charge of £15 in addition to normal delivery costs. We do not currently deliver to Southern Ireland.

The prices shown on our website for mobility scooters are for FREE carrier doorstep delivery option to anywhere within the UK mainland. This does not apply however to mid size and large class 3 mobility scooters. Due to their size they must be delivered by one of our specialist engineers. This will be at a small cost depending on where you live. The prices for this are detailed below.

Please note: When taking delivery of large items i.e. beds, riser recliners, large scooters etc; Mobility Zone request that the passage into the room chosen for delivery is cleared of any breakable items (including those hanging on walls) by the customer, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damages caused to such items in the course of a delivery.
