The arm pull bands and rowing mechanism help increase arm strength and maintain shoulder and elbow joint flexibility.
The arm pull band resistance ranges from 4.5 to 14lbs (2.0 to 6.4kg). Arm pedalling helps increase cardiovascular endurance. Adjust the resistance knob as pedalling strength increases. Use the pedals and leg press to condition the lower extremities. The leg press can be used to tone thigh and calf muscles.
The four resistance levels range from 10 to 80lbs (45 to 36kg).
